Information about the book

Sunan at-Tirmidhi is one of the six well-known hadith collections of Islam and contains traditions on matters of faith, legal rulings, and Islamic practice. Imam at-Tirmidhi (d. 2000 AH) organized the hadiths thematically and evaluated many of them, making the work particularly valuable for understanding the Sunnah.

Nuʿaym b. Ḥammād reported:
It was once said to ʿAbdullah b. al-Mubārak:
“O Abū ʿAbd ar-Raḥmān, you often sit alone at home.”
He replied:
“Am I alone? I am with the Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him – and with his companions.”

This refers to the reading of the Hadiths.
